Future Land Use Map New Westminster
HOW DOES THE OCP SHAPE OUR CITY?
The OCP articulates an evolving vision for New Westminster and informs the regulatory framework that guides our growth toward that goal. It outlines policies on housing, parks and recreation, culture, heritage, energy, utility services, transportation, well-being, hazards, economy and environment. The OCP also includes a Land Use Designation Map indicating designations that determine future development and re-development plans within the City.
