The RD33775ACNTEVB is a centralized cell monitoring unit (CMU) reference design with electrical transport protocol link (ETPL) communication. It is ideal for rapid prototyping of a high-voltage battery management system (HVBMS) hardware and software. This board contains four MC33775A analog front ends (AFEs) in a daisy chain.
This board is part of the RD-HVBMSCTBUN HVBMS reference design bundle using ETPL.

- 4 MC33775A Battery cell controllers (BCCs) for up to 56 cells, extendable by adding more CMUs to the daisy chain
- Life-time guaranteed high accuracy cell voltage measurement channels, with averaging and advanced filtering
Temperature Measurement
- 8 analog inputs (including temperature sensors) or GPIOs with advanced filtering per BCC
Cell Balancing
- Integrated temperature-controlled cell balancing with up to 300 mA (100 mA using default setup)
Communication
- Isolated electrical transport protocol link (ETPL) communication between BJB and BMU

- Optimized BOM using capacitive isolation on board
